Here’s how First Tech will provide day-to-day support
Pre-departure (1-60 days prior to U.S. arrival)
- Relocation banker is assigned and will send out a welcome email introducing themselves and the program
- Checking account can be opened with passport, work visa and offer letter (no SSN needed)
- Transferee is sent new account information and can wire funds to the new account, so U.S. dollars are available upon arrival
- If needed, assist with money movement for critical moments like security deposits for housing or large purchases

Arrival in U.S. (1-60 days)
- If debit card is pre-ordered, it will be waiting for them at their office or home address, if established
- Immediate access to online banking platform and First Tech’s mobile app is granted
- Application for credit products: credit cards, auto loans, mortgage, etc.

After Settling in
- Relocation banker will remain as the transferee’s personal banker for years to come, assisting with all products and services they might need in the future
